The 1,500-year-old Basilica Cistern continues to introduce visitors to extraordinary museum experiences where New Year wishes blend with the heart’s voice, and the soothing tones of music and water transform into healing. The tickets for the first visit of “The Darkness of the Basilica” event, titled “Echoing Wishes in the New Year,” on December 21 are now available for purchase on Passo!

The historical Basilica Cistern, managed by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s cultural enterprise, İBB Kültür AŞ, keeps opening doors to different experiences. In this museum visit named “The Darkness of the Basilica: Echoing Wishes in the New Year,” accompanied by Suzin Maçoro, participants will delve into the subconscious through sounds to reach light and awareness.

The museum tour, starting at 8:00 AM, will last for one hour. It begins with a walk in the dark accompanied by sounds, followed by an opening speech and story meditation.
