• With the ticket you purchase for this event, you can also visit the Digital Experience Museum within one week.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the cistern.
• Entry with large items such as suitcases is prohibited due to security measures and high density.
• It is forbidden to enter the water, touch or take the wishing coins inside the cistern.
• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the cistern.
• Pets are allowed entry only if they are in a carrying case.
• The humidity level inside the cistern is 96%. Water droplets may fall from the ceiling due to the humidity, which can damage electronic devices through liquid contact.
• Entry with sharp, flammable objects and weapons is prohibited inside the cistern.
• The average visit duration inside the cistern is 30-40 minutes. Visitors who are sensitive to high humidity or low light levels should be cautious of potential health issues.
